Key Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to dormant clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to rebuild relationships and encourage account reactivation.
- Initiate timely follow-ups with new leads, ensuring they receive guidance on account setup, platform navigation, and available tools.
- Understand client needs and recommend relevant TradingPRO features to improve their trading experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and account issues.
- Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and status updates in our CRM system.
- Share client insights and common objections with the broader team to help improve onboarding and retention strategies.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in telesales, customer success, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and own Language — confident, friendly, and professional tone.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling outbound call volumes.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate key features of a trading platform.
- Familiarity with trading concepts or financial services is a strong plus.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.
